Projects Management

Project management is very important phase of the Project implementation, which aims to ensure the smooth progress of the Project and the successful implementation of the Project itself. This is especially true for projects, funded by the EU structural funds, Lithuanian and foreign business support and development programs and banks. Project management is time – consuming process and requires a lot of human resources: the project must be effectively controlled, the changes must be regulated, and raising problems must be solved.

During project management process, JSC Consultus Magnus professionals prepare public procurement documentation; provide a range of advices in relation to the project;, prepare interim and final reports and payment requests of the project; prepare goods, services, work purchase – sale contracts; organize the publicity and the results dissemination of the project; represent the client at all the institutions, administrating EU support funds.
